Nghiên cứu bào chế tiểu phân nano lipid metronidazol

Metronidazole – loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (NLC MTZ) were prepared by hot homogenization followed by ultrasonication technique. Physical properties of NLC MTZ were characterized in terms of size, drug entrapment efficiency, drug loading capacity, drug release, and physical state. The final NLC MTZ demonstrated a particle size of 141.6 ± 1.2 nm, polydispersity index (PDI) of 0.206 ± 0.008. Low drug entrapment efficiency (23.77 ± 0.86), low drug loading of 1.54 ± 0.07%), and sustained release pattern were observed.
